Hello everyone!

I am a software developer looking to create additional income sources through Real Estate Investment. I have bought and sold my primary residence a couple of times as I have moved around for work but that is the extent of my real estate experience. I find myself drawn to the buy and hold mind set so I will be focusing on acquiring rentals with positive cash flow. I am intrigued by vacation rentals but starting out I will want to develop a solid base of cash flowing yearly rental properties first. I am looking for turnkey as well as BRRRR opportunities. I haven't found too much opportunity in the NOVA area, although once I start networking with other REI people that might change, so I am expecting to need to looking in other areas to start with.

That's all I have for now.  I look forward to learning and growing as a member of the BP community!

Eric
