Wholesale Investor Friendly Escrow Company or Lawyer needed

As I move from learning to putting my knowledge to practical use I will be needing a wholesale investor friendly escrow agent or lawyer, where can I find them so I am not stuck trying to find one if needed at the last minute? I am in Souther California area Long Beach area to be exact but plan on working a wide range of areas in Southern California.
