Hi I am a new member
My name is Amy Freeman. I live and own my own home in Encinitas, CA. I have been a stay at home mom for the last 19 years and am now looking for a SFR rental property in neighboring communities. I have a little bit of experience having owned a duplex in the past(and working as a real estate agent in another state). I am interested in buying and holding properties and would like to hear about how others are able to purchase properties outside of the community in which they live. I am definitely priced out of my own community!
