Hello everyone, I'm 20 and looking to make a lucritive business for myself. I don't know very much about real estate but I have a huge will to learn and money to get myself started. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated. I'm already reading as much as I can but a few pointers would help a lot.

Hey Mitchell,
Way to go for taking your financial future into your own hands! You've got a long time horizon so what I'd recommend is Buy-Hold or Buy-Reno-Rent-Refinance-Repeat (BRRRR). You can also do some flips but those are pretty risky if you haven't done any before.
I just turned 23 and have done all of the above, the BRRRR method being my favourite. I currently have 2 triplexes and one single family home around the Windsor area. If you want to chat sometime I'm more than happy to speak with a fellow entrepreneur!
