New Member from Maryland

Hey BiggerPockets,

I'm a 24 year old Web and Marketing Consultant, looking to expand my Real Estate education, and get a start with Wholesaling. I'm specifically looking to start around where I live, in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas.

As someone who's new here, what articles, books, or courses do you recommend to start learning Wholesaling / No money down Real Estate?

Also - As a Marketer, I'm very excited about that side of the Real Estate business. I feel that's where I can really excel and set myself apart from the rest. Is it possible to market, and get deals for properties that are not near you? (Example: Marketing to entire U.S. even tho I'm only in Maryland)

Welcome to BP @Grant Norton. Honestly much of the information in these forums and blogs is better than most of the books Ive read on real estate.
