I have been a landlord for about sixteen years. I only have three properties with eight doors. Just about everything I did was by trial and error and I definitely have had many errors. I found this sight a few months ago and mainly through the podcasts, I have learned a whole new side of real estate investing I never new about. I haven't bought anything for awhile because we have been considering moving. Now my family is moving from Hartford City, Indiana to Avon (Indianapolis area), Indiana. I went to my first REIA meeting last week in Indianapolis. Enjoyed it. Looking forward to meet some fellow investors when we finally move.
