Hello everyone, my name is Joe Lapp, I am 21 years old and I am currently living in South Jersey about 25 minutes outside of Philadelphia, I am completely new to real estate investing and excited to learn more about it from you guys. I am currently in real estate school to get my license, but my interests are more towards the investing part. I want to make this my life and continue to learn new strategies and how it all works. Thanks and glad to be a part of this community!
