Welcome to BP @Andrew Posner. You should consider coming out to the local meetup which is in Gaithersburg. We gather the first Tuesday of the month to have a round table discussion real estate investing topics. It is typically about 30 of us, though it has ranged from as low as 10 to as high as 50.
