I am married and jobless. Very interested in flipping houses or apartment units. No experience in real estate, with very low money to start investing.

Read and start educating yourself is key :) "The Book on Flipping Houses" and "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No or Low Money Down," are incredible and very informational, you will learn so much. There are tons of podcasts as well.

Good Luck and Welcome to BP :)
