HI ALL!

I began investing in real estate with my first-time home purchase. It's a quasi house hack. I acquired two subdivided properties, and was able to acquire one of the properties, a single-family, free and clear. I'm itching to get at the next deal but I'm still unsure about my next steps. Hoping to learn how to grow my business quickly from here with the little to no cap I have.
