Newbie from the CLE
Hello all,
i'm an investor in Cleveland Ohio. I stick to SFR's. I buy and hold to build a passive income stream upon which I can retire to. I own 6 now and want 6 more. I'm a 1 man band. I buy foreclosures, rehab and rent them. All my tenants are connected to a gov't subsidized rental agency. I really have no burning desires or dire needs right now other than the wish to learn more and be a better, more efficient investor. I know if I work smarter I'll get better ROI's from my properties.
