Hi Bigger Pockets Community,

My name is Bobby and I currently work for a nationwide multifamily General Contractor.  I have worked there for almost two years and have a gained a lot of experience and now want to take what I have learned, contacts I have made and start to invest in real estate myself.  I am in the very beginnings of my research into doing this myself so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
