New Member From Virginia
Hello everyone my name is Chris and I am a college student interested in learning more about the REI business so that I can enter it as soon as possible. Obviously, being a college student, I don't have the capital to buy properties at the moment but I am very interested in starting young and I'm hoping to learn enough over the next couple of years to let me do that. I am from Virginia and would likely be doing my business in the Northern Virginia area but I go to school in Williamsburg. I am interested in both rental properties and house flipping. Hopefully I can learn some things and start up soon.
