New to BP - St Pete, FL

Hello to all!  My name is Kristen and I have been on BP for a few days.  I was introduced to the site by my husband Brewer.  We have been excited about investing for the last year and have worked to position ourselves to do so.  We have one condo as a rental but we're looking to expand into multi-family properties.  BP has been an awesome tool for us to really educate ourselves and also to answer a lot of the questions we have. Even better it has made us think outside of the box on our original plan.  I'm excited to learn more and hopefully be posting some success stories!
