Hello Everyone,

My name is Jim Gillam and I am looking forward to educating myself and then flipping my first home in MD this summer of 2016. I am an empty nester with 3 wonderful grown sons and my first grandbaby, a little girl, was born March 31, 2016. I live in a small town called Jefferson, MD. It is a suburb of Frederick, MD. The market I feel like I can wrap my brain around include Frederick, MD, Charlestown, West Virginia to Leesburg Virginia. (If you look on a map, imagine a triangle) I look fwd to hearing about your experiences and strategies so we can all take advantage of this cumulative think tank! I was a realtor in the 90's and was not a very good one so I only did it for a couple of years. I know very little about flipping so I am very new to the concept. I am very much looking forward to the process of learning and hopefully making an income that will give me some flexability with my schedule!
