Hello Everyone, My name is Mike and it's a pleasure to join this group. I'm a registered architect new to real estate investing. I've purchased and am seasonally renting my first property and enjoy learning more and more about how others do so. My immediate investing goals include: 1.Buying and holding residential or commercial rental property for under $50,000 2. Financing deals with little to no money down 3. Learning how others have handled owning rental property remotely (in same state as their primary residence, but perhaps several hours away), and how they built the team needed to do so My long term goals as an architect include the financing, development and management of my own property. I admire the firm's here in NYC who have managed to do so and follow their new projects and stories. Thank you very much for having me.
