Aloha BP, Newbie military investor here. I am currently stationed in Oahu, Hawaii. I have been interested in real estate for quite some time. I am eager and excited to invest into rental property in the near future. My next military assignment is taking me to Sierra Vista, AZ and I am interested in purchasing a primary residence there that will eventually will become a rental property.
