I'm a new member, living in Montreal, Quebec. It would be great to connect with local, provincial, and nationwide investors and members of the real estate community!
I am new to real estate investing, but I've always had a passion for it. Just never really 'jumped in'. Now is the time!
I'm looking to set up an action plan: what type of legal entities do I set up? Who are some reputable players (lawyers, real estate accountants, realtors, mortgage brokers, etc.) in my area? What has worked in my market? Wholesaling? Flipping? What hasn't worked?
So many questions... :-)
Looking to soak up as much knowledge as I can from the community!
