Hello,
My name is Bryan and I am an engineer for a precision agriculture company in Sioux Falls, SD. I'm looking to get into REI as a way to pay off my student loans, gain financial freedom and improve my lifestyle. I've owned one single family house so far and house hacked it with a few friends as room mates. After about 3 years, they were looking for places of their own and the house was too big for just myself so I decided to take advantage of the appreciation in the hot local market and sell. The taste of profit has me wanting more!! I'm now in an inexpensive single bedroom apartment and am looking for my next move. I'm thinking about house hacking again with a MFR (2/3/4plex) or possibly doing a flip to gain some capital first.
Anyway, I'm glad I found this site. It has been a great resource already in growing my education and I'm excited to see where REI will take me!
