Hello! My name is Annah, and I am 25. I moved to Mexico a year ago after graduating college to teach English here. Also, I had to set my postal code to my mom's address since I am currently not living in the US.

I met my husband here and we currently own a restaurant and a furniture business. We'd like to move back to the US in around a year when we have enough savings to start on investing in real estate. We're thinking the South, maybe San Antonio, Tampa, or Atlanta, since those cities are growing and they're still very affordable.

We do not have any background in real estate (except for me watching a lot of HGTV shows...ha!), but right now I'm reading the book "The Book on Rental Property Investing", and after I finish, my husband and I are going to watch the beginner's introduction course.

Our goals in real estate are to invest in rentals, and I would also like to flip houses, too. We are also thinking about becoming realtors!
