New Investors From Tucson, AZ

Hello BiggerPockets Members!

We hope everyone is having a most triumphant day! My name is Richie Hyatt. I was born and raised in Tucson AZ. My wife Meg and I currently live in Oro Valley. We are excited to finally jump in to real estate investing with both feet and take action. We have both read a lot of books and have attended various seminars but have been caught up in the dreaded analysis paralysis in the past. 

We currently have one rental property. (unfortunately, not on purpose) Our first house that we purchased in 2008. We purchased the property just before the real estate bubble burst. Three kids later, we were in desperate need of more space. We are currently renting while renting out our first house. 

We are both very interested in all aspects of real estate investing but our main goal is to invest in long term rental properties and be able to retire on passive income. We hope to network with fellow investors on BP and hopefully find a mentor. Looking forward to meeting all of you. We are always up for meeting other members in our area. Lets get together for a cup of coffee and chat!
