Hello all! My name is Darryl. I'm an active agent/investor. I've been a realtor since 2004. An investor since 1989. Currently I'm looking for rehabs in Northern Virginia. Multifamily and buy/holds nationwide. I'm eager to work with you all.

I will offer discount realtor services to all BP members needing to list their rehabs after repairs have been completed that will be listed in Northern Virginia.
