My name is Joe Sherman, I have been in the real estate business on a personal level since 1998 when I bought my first home. I have managed my own properties from 1999 until 2013. During that time, I became a licensed realtor in 2006. I worked full time and worked as a real estate agent part-time. No marketing just taking clients by word of mouth. I averaged about one transaction a year. I am now looking to get into the real estate business full time, more from an investment standpoint on a buy and hold level; but would like to work with flippers as well. I look forward to all I can learn as well as all I can contribute to BiggerPockets.
