I am a young investor from Springfield Missouri. I recently started a house renovation company and am looking to invest in fixing and flipping, as well as renting residential properties. I have been doing construction for 5+ years and I am moving up the real estate ladder and focusing more on learning the investing and legal structure of buying and selling property.
