I'm new to realestate investing with a backround In sales Iam 28 and a veteran. I have watched a couple of the no money down realestate investing videos and trainings and would like to learn how to wholesale properties to build capital to have rental properties. Any information would be great and if anyone knows of some good groups where I can network and meet a good mentor would be extremely helpful.
