Hello my name is Pablo and I live in Sherman Oaks in Los Angeles. I am looking to learn as much as I can about real estate investing. I'm 31 and want to build my knowledge so that when the opportunity arises I have a strong foundation and understanding of real estate principles. I would greatly appreciate guidance as to the best place to start.
