Hi everyone,
My name is Gabe Monroy and I'm a new investor in Independence, MO. I have been on BiggerPockets now since last October 2015. I have read tons of posts and learned so much stuff from everything on here. I really appreciate the time people take to write these posts and answer others questions. I feel I have been slacking by using this wealth of information and never introducing myself. I started wholesaling September 2015. I have continued to grow my business while being a full time firefighter. I absolutely love it!, and I am using money made from my wholesale deal to purchase my first single family rental property. My goal is to wholesale and reinvest it in enough buy and hold properties that I can quit my job and be a full time investor. If there is anyone in the Kansas City, Mo area looking to connect please let me know. I would love to meet others and help each other's businesses grow.
