Hey there BP! I'm so glad to finally introduce myself. I have been on the site for a while just surfing forums and learning everything possible. I am new to the real estate business. Currently interested in making passive income and also fix and flips. My goal is to achieve my first deal in the next month. I am looking for investors in the Louisville area, mentors, and potential business partners. I look forward to gettin deeper into my work.
