Hey there BP! I'm so glad to finally introduce myself. I have been on the site for a while just surfing forums and learning everything possible. I am new to the real estate business. Currently interested in making passive income and also fix and flips. My goal is to achieve my first deal in the next month. I am looking for investors in the Louisville area, mentors, and potential business partners. I look forward to gettin deeper into my work. If anyone has suggestions on how to score the first deal with little to no money down, I'm open to all advice and would love to make new connections in the near future!
