Hello, everyone! I'm a part-time real estate investor from Ypsilanti, MI. I've been trolling the site, listening to many podcasts, and attending several webinars for a few months now. I've got 2 single family rental homes in the area and joined BP because I decided it was time to get serious about real estate. BP and my local real estate investment meet-ups are helping me to formulate a sustainable plan to grow this business. I'm eager to network here for mutual benefit.
