Hello everyone my name Marvin & I'm new to the site but excited also to hear & learn some really good Knowledge from you all... I love Real Estate but would love to know more I want to strive to do something different in my life for my Kids & I and be successful at it, My goal is to get into Flipping, Renting, & Learning how to buy House Notes... my credit Isn't perfect But any advice & good Information I welcome it.
