Newbie already wildly rich

Ok, that ain't true.  I'm a Charleston SC resident about to sell and make a little cash.  I really like the tried and tested investment vehicle known as, you guessed it, real estate.  

I'm thinking about going after a "house hack" and finding a multi-family property to purchase next and I'm not limited to Charleston.  So I'm here to gather information and get excited (or discouraged) depending on what I find out.

Thanks for sharing everyone.  But really, thank you.
