New Member, Investor, Escrow Officer Los Angeles, CA
Good Morning All,
I have just found the Bigger Pocket Podcast and Forum. I am excited to be part of this ever growing community of Real Estate Investors and Professionals. As an investor have successfully bought and sold several properties. My main investment markets are Buffalo NY and Southwest Florida. I am interested in learning about new areas that show good returns for Cash Flow properties. I mainly invest using my IRA and my children's CESA Accounts. As an Escrow Officer I work in Los Angeles County and have been the Officer for several large Escrow Companies and have worked on some large REO Accounts (Primarily FNMA and RELS) I have closed thousands of transaction over my 19 years in the industry. I would be happy to assist anyone in the Southern California area on their next transaction. I would also be happy to provide advice or a second opinion if someone needs it.
