Seeking a wholesaling partner, new member from Florida

Good Afternoon Bigger Pockets community!

My name is Scott and I am an aspiring Real Estate Wholesaler .  After months and months of educating myself on youtube, biggerpockets, various facebook groups etc., I am working hard to build a business wholesaling real estate.   The challenge I am experiencing is converting my leads.  I am however, doing very well at generating private seller leads.  I am looking to partner with an experienced wholesaler in hopes of building a mutually beneficial relationship.

My goal is to partner with an experienced wholesaler (preferably locally) who would be interested in receiving my leads (for free of course).  I can qualify the leads prior to referring them to you or not your choice.   Your role would be to help close the leads and allow me to shadow and/or listen in.   You would be fairly compensated for your role and I would be happy to agree to a smaller split/percentage of profits, a split that well compensates you well for your efforts put in.  I understand there would be considerable work/effort on the closing side.

What's stopping you from closing these deals? You've literally completed the hardest part. Do you have an investor/buyer list? Do you have your assignment contract? That's all you need.
