Hello everyone.  My name is Mike Sanchez.

I bought my first two homes when I was 20 using VA assumable loans. 10 years later I bought 3 more homes to flip but financed my flips by using the business I had at the time. The recent economic crash forced me to close my business and I lost just about everything. I now work a regular job and want to get back into flipping and holding but I need help. There has been no "job" I have enjoyed more than real estate.

I am looking for help getting back into the world of real estate investing.
