Hello! I've been listening to Bigger Pockets podcasts and reading the blogs for a while now and feel I'm finally ready to get started in Austin, Texas! I'm focusing mainly on flips but hope to be able to finance some buy and holds relatively soon. If anyone has any insights or advice for the Austin market or recommended agents, wholesalers, or contractors I'd be interested in getting in touch with you!

Welcome to BP and real estate investing Jennifer.  New Western and Third Angle are both local wholesalers in Austin.

I have provided hard money loans to some of their investors and they appear to provide good properties!
