Hi, I've been interested for sometime in learning how to get started in house flipping. Two years ago had my chance to get into, found the perfect flip but the partner I had wasn't very motivated. He was going to put up the money and I would manage the rehab but at last minute he decided not to go forward with it. So I gave up on the idea. Now two years later this house came up on the market that has spark my interest once again. I know that's it too later for this rehab with out Knowing how to get started. I drive by this house everyday to work just and wonder what it would look like all fix up and tell my wife what I would do to. So I think she tied of me talking about it. So now I want learn everything about flipping, Real estate and anything else I need to know. So my question to anyone who has the knowledge and that has flipped house before how do I get started. Where do I go what do I need I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, I do apologize if it all gibberish. It's 3 am and I've been online reading and look at potential flips
