I am in the process of forming a business group with four of my college buddies and one of our first investments is in real estate. We are not experts but we have been reading, reaching out to mentors, attending seminars, and joining great websites like this BiggerPockets. we welcome all advise and are looking to continue to educate ourselves. I anticipate we will purchase our first property by mid next year 2017. We are all originally from New Jersey and our first real estate property will most likely be in this area close to our parents homes. We welcome all advise and networking.
