Hello Everyone,

I am an licensed agent from Chicago. And I am also actively looking for deals to invest. I am here to learn, connect and share resources. My short term goal is to flip a single family house. I am now looking into Belment Cragin area. Anyone can give some opinion on this neighborhood? Thanks.
