Hello everyone, my name is Alex from Nairobi,Kenya. I recently joined Biggerpockets community after a thorough search on real estate information. I'm happy to have landed here. I finished reading the ultimate beginners to real estate book the day before yesterday,and I can say that it's the best real estate guidance I have ever come across. I'm now looking forward to making new friends here and buy first investment property this year(preferably raw land for future development or agriculture investment). Since I also want to combine the benefit of having a home and building income, I'm planning to purchase an affordable duplex,triplex from next year. With biggerpockets I have no doubt that I'm in the right place. Thank you.
