Good morning!

I thought I'd take a moment to introduce myself, my name is Miki. I live in Salt Lake City, Utah and am taking steps to become a successful real estate investor.

I have wanted to invest in real estate for at least 20 years. Believing I did not have enough money or education to be successful has held me back. Brandon Turner's book "The Book on Rental Property Investing" has led me here.

I recently changed careers and work in the Financial Industry, this shift has given me the courage and confidence to learn more about real estate investing and push myself to get started. I am a single mother of two and I am looking for additional income to provide for my family.

I guess at this point, I'm interested in beginning where I can given where I am financially. Eventually, I would like to have multi-family homes and/or an apartment building under my belt.

I'm ready to say, "Yes, I can do this!"

Thank you for taking the time to read this post and have a great weekend.

~Miki
