Hi Everyone,

   Just wanted to take a minute to say hello. I'm new to the forums but have been listening to the podcasts for the past few weeks. I've been wanting to invest in real estate for the past 10 years but have not been in the position to do so. I'm looking at purchasing my first property this year to buy and hold. Looking forward to being a member of the community.
