Hey everyone. First time poster here from the Lansing, Michigan area. I just joined BP last week and really love what I have seen here so far. 

My wife and I purchased our first home in 2012 for $48,100 and lived in it while fixing it up. I did all the work myself, sold it for $120,000 and netted a $60,000 profit. After this, I have a hunger for real estate and am looking to invest further! I have recently learned about wholesaling and that is the route I want to take. I look forward to meeting more of you and networking in the future!
