Realtor and future investor from Connecticut
Hi everyone. My name is Joe, I am a realtor and looking to get into flipping my first property. I currently own two homes, once I live in and a single family I rent out. The rental was my first home and was too underwater due to buying in 2008, so I decided to rent. I currently lose about 100 a month, so a good investment it is not. Will be listing it for sale this week and then looking into better deals.
Anyway, just wanted to say hi and look forward to speaking to some of you.
