New Investor from Charleston
Greetings BP community! I'm a new investor looking to get started with buy and hold investing in Charleston and surrounding cities. I'm also open to opportunities in other parts of South Carolina within about 2 hours of Charleston. I'm looking at single and multi-family properties. I'm hoping to network with some other local like-minded investors in the area!

Hi stephen, I am also a new investor and just bought my first house in Goose Creek! I am active duty air force and will be getting to Charleston in June and I am looking to do the buy and hold method as well!
