Hello from Eugene, OR!

Hey everyone, my name is Sean Hoffman, and I'm a rookie investor from Eugene, OR, home of the University of Oregon. I bought my first house this winter and plan to do some major upgrades in the near future, including adding several hundred square feet of floor plan. I've been working in a variety of fields of residential construction for the last couple years trying to learn as much as I can about the process and what I can do myself and what I should contract out. I think my strategy is going to be BRRRR but I have a lot of learning to do first. Looks like I'm in the right place! Thanks to everyone for contributing to the wealth of knowledge available here and I look forward to making some of my own contributions. Cheers!
