Hey everyone - after browsing these forums for a while I decided to join in.  I'm 28 from Lakewood OH - my background is in residential lending, with no real experience in commercial, hard money, and so on, which are gaps I'd like to fill.  I have a duplex in Lakewood under contract, with an offer out on another, pretty much looking to buy another couple this year.  I look forward to learning from the wealth of knowledge and experience on here.
