Hello BP Community, 

My name is Marc Gregorio and I am a newbie investor from Glenarden, Maryland.  I am excited about finally pursuing my passion for real estate investing.  My background is in the transportation sector.  I am ready to learn and gain knowledge each day in what it takes to do this business the right way.  My goals is to first and foremost, educate myself. While educating myself I would like to do some wholesale deals and eventually buy and hold.  Creating a large stream of passive income to take care of my family and give back to my community and those in need is my ultimate goal.
