New Member in Cody, WY

My name is Austin Reed, I am 24 years old and I live in Cody, WY. I went to school for Construction Engineering and minored in land surveying. I currently work full time as a Land Surveyor. I have listened to about half of the BiggerPocket podcasts so far and thought I should join the forum. I am interested in learning as much as I can from the site about first time home buyers and how to start out as an investor. My goal is to buy one buy and hold property per year until I have enough capitol to get into land development which is my real passion. I look forward to learning from everyone on here.
