Hi, my wife and I have had it with paying for rent each month.  We also know we want to get started on a journey to replace our household income with buy & hold investing.  For our first trick, however, we want to replace our rent payments through the House-Hack strategy.

I am but a humble pupil and welcome any advice I can get.
