Hi, my wife and I have had it with paying for rent each month.  We also know we want to get started on a journey to replace our household income with buy & hold investing.  For our first trick, however, we want to replace our rent payments through the House-Hack strategy.

I am but a humble pupil and welcome any advice I can get.

Welcome! I'm excited for you and your wife to start you journey. Your right house hacking is a great way to start out at first. It gives you a good chance to find what owning and taking care of a home take. What is your plan and strategies?

I'd love to help answer any questions you have with real estate.
