Beginner in Harrisburg

Hello!!!  I did a search for reviews on Than Merrill while attending his class, and I was so disappointed that I couldn't stomach the last day, which is today.  I got a headache from the 49K offer for mastery classes.  I mean for that much money I could buy a few houses.  In any case, I am thinking I might as well get the Real Estate license and go from there.  Any help or suggestions are welcome!
